I've spent almost three decades at the intersection of economic research, institutional markets, and public communication — and genuinely enjoyed every part of it.

My career has been built translating complex financial analysis into content that moves people — whether that's a landmark asset allocation study that reshaped how pension funds think about real estate, creating the industry standard index now used by institutional investors worldwide, or keynotes that make trends and the future of the economy something audiences actually look forward to.

Early in my career, I spent a decade at NAREIT building the research infrastructure that helped define real estate as a mainstream institutional asset class. The years that followed took me through senior research roles at ULI, Altus Group, and Ankura — each one deepening both the analytical rigor and the communication skills that define my work today.

Today I lead research for some of the most widely read publications in real estate and financial markets. I've recently relocated to Denver, Colorado — and whether the audience is a CFO, a financial advisor, or a conference hall full of skeptical investors, the best research is always the kind people actually remember.
